Here, Tanja and the team will take the time to both understand your situation and explain how our fee structure works. For new investors, we are more than happy to help you find properties with real potential and uncover some of the best opportunities on the Sunshine Coast.

2. Preparing Your Property for Success:

This next step will apply to clients that have secured a property with an intention to put it up for lease. At this stage, our rental agents can help you to create eye-catching online advertisements and attract quality tenants. This may also involve organising times for public or private viewings to take place.

3. Checks and Balances:

Every successful property investment begins with the groundwork. From condition reports to property maintenance and contractual obligations, our rental agents cover the details so that you are in the best position moving forward. Once these tasks are complete, your property will be ready for brand-new tenants.

4. Tenant Screening:

Thorough tenant screening is a cornerstone of our all-inclusive property management services.
